RESTORATIVE YOGA SERIES
Restorative yoga poses are gentle and supported, using various
props. In restorative yoga, one
receives the benefits of the yoga pose while at the same time is able to
relax in the pose. Various Pranayama (breathing techniques) are explored in
each pose.
Since each pose is fully supported,
muscular pain or stiffness is soothed, and the mind can become quiet. Thus, restorative yoga relieves stress, increases circulation, improves
respiration, aids in digestion, and encourages relaxation.
It's a perfect
compliment to an active, athletic yoga practice because one can deepen the
understanding of a yoga pose without physical exertion or strain.
Previous
yoga experience helpful, but not necessary. Individualized attention is
provided, and is inclusive of all levels - ideal for beginners.

CRYSTAL-CHAKRA GODDESS MEDITATION
You will learn the methods of choosing,
cleansing, rejuvenating and programming crystals and stones. You will program 13 crystals/stones for your
personal use and learn their proper placement for your chakra points. And
there will be a guided meditation to cleanse
and balance your seven main chakras followed by a meeting with the Goddess to
