Upper and lower body workout using weights, body bars, and resistance tubing. Abdominal training uses Pilates principles. All levels.

KICK BOXING
A combination of boxing, Thai kick boxing, karate and Tae Kwon Do, utilizing punches, kicks and knees, with pushups, crunches and more - not your average cardio kick boxing class! MY PERFECT BODY
An effective program to help shape your legs, butt, abs and thighs. Ballet exercises, stretching, work with the ball and gliding pads incorporated. Concentrated movements using a variety of props. Be prepared to focus your mind and shape your body with Tamara Ivankova!

TAI CHI
Chinese martial art which improves balance, flexibility and strength. Promotes good health and inner peace through breathing, relaxation and increased circulation. This class will teach the 37 posture Yang Style Short Form. (PRIVATES ONLY AT THIS TIME.)
