Our latest selection of classes is listed below and if you haven't yet had a chance to check it out, we are using the MindBody scheduling software to help you manage your own time and classes. By taking a moment to sign up for classes on our MindBody site, you will have the opportunity to manage your schedule on your own time, see how many classes you have taken and how many classes you have left. We will also post any class cancellations and instructor changes; it will also let us know who will be attending classes, allowing instructors to plan accordingly. So please take some time to familiarize yourself with MindBody... it's really pretty easy! (You can also book privates and semi-privates here, too.) If you need additional help, scroll down past the schedule for FAQs. And at any point, you can purchase a new series of 10 or 20 classes.
Are you an iPhone or iTouch user? If you are, here is more good news! MindBody offers a free application that will enable you to search for your yoga classes from wherever you are so you never have to search for a printed schedule again.
