CORE CONDITIONING WITH BALL
Incorporates balance and core strength using the Stability ball, rubberized tubing, weights, and light body bars. Especially suited to those individuals searching for a training alternative to improve the body's appearance, strength, and endurance.

CORE SCULPT
A one-stop sculpting and toning class with Amie that works all areas: arms, back, core, glutes and legs. Using the stability ball and light weights, Amie will help you target all of these areas. Can be done at different intensities to get exactly what you need. All levels are welcome.
BELLY DANCING
Join Tasha for a fun class that tones, stretches and stimulates your creativity and allows for self-expression. Wait 'til you see the beautiful belly dance skirts!
PERFORMANCE BARRE
This ballet-inspired workout with Amie combines light weights, mat work and body bars to target all of your major muscles, becoming more toned and elongated while you increase flexibility. It's a fun, but highly effective class. No prior experience needed.
HIP-HOP DANCE
This class with Amie is a cardio dance class that combines urban and Latin styles of dance, while incorporating basic ballet. This class is a great way to burn calories and sculpt your overall body.
CARDIO STRENGTH
Join Melissa for an intense cardio strength workout designed to get quick results! Burn calories and rev your metabolism with resistance exercises, balance drills and flexibility movements that will enhance cardiovascular endurance, promote lean muscle mass and increase your metabolic rate. You'll utilize the BOSU, body bars, weights, and more. MUST WEAR CLEAN INDOOR SNEAKERS.
CARDIOLATES®
A rebounding class incorporating the core-strengthening and aligning benefits of Pilates, increasing cardiovascular and overall health. MAY WEAR SNEAKERS OR DO BAREFOOT.
KICK BOXING
A combination of boxing, Thai kick boxing, karate and Tae Kwon Do, utilizing punches, kicks and knees, with pushups, crunches and more - not your average cardio kick boxing class! Join Jay Kellogg, and you'll use boxing gloves and hand targets to allow for full exertion of power. MUST WEAR CLEAN INDOOR SNEAKERS.
MY PERFECT BODY
Join Tamara Ivankova for an effective program to help shape your legs, butt, abs and thighs. Ballet exercises, stretching, work with the ball and gliding pads incorporated. Concentrated movements using a variety of props. Be prepared to focus your mind and shape your body!
ZUMBA®
A dance class combining high energy, motivating music with unique moves, and aerobic/fitness interval training with fast/slow rhythms to tone and sculpt the body. Try any of our classes with Mary Liebau and Jan Nantais. MUST WEAR CLEAN INDOOR SNEAKERS.
