Welcome to our intimate Pilates and yoga studio. Studio Fitness presents a quiet reprieve from daily activity, a place where one can meditate, stretch, relax, breathe and simply be. Everyone is welcome, from the experienced Yogi to the beginner Pilates student, and our clientele ranges from teens to seniors, and both men and women regularly attend classes. We offer a variety of yoga, yogilates and Pilates mat instruction, as well as Pilates Reformer classes, for all levels.
Although you are more than welcome to bring your own, Studio Fitness provides all of the Pilates and yoga equipment you would need for CLASSES.
You'll also find a unique mix of fitness classes: sculpting and cardio, belly dancing, and Zumba®. You can sign up for classes online, over the phone, or in person.

Winter's here, it's cold outside, and it can be tough to stay motivated. Don't lose sight of your fitness goals! Studio Fitness is here to keep you on track.
Amie Regan works you out in her Friday Core Sculpt class, which moves to 9:00 a.m.
We also have some openings in our Reformer classes with Janine, Pat and Jenn. Some Reformer classes now incorporate exercises on the Wunda Chair.
We're also very excited for our Yoga classes in the Surya Room, including Serenity Yoga and Yoga Lounge, the perfect way to end your busy week.
